December 2020 Free Month Promotion with New Service Addendum

AireSpring shall provide Customer  with one (1) free month of service in accordance with the terms and conditions in this Addendum.

1. To be eligible for the one (1) free month, as defined in Section 2 below, Customer must sign a three (3) year term for new service (which includes a Fiber Ethernet circuit utilizing AT&T as the underlying provider) with standard pricing. One or two-year terms and/or orders with special pricing will not be eligible.
   
   
2. The one free month of service promotion will be issued based on the following guidelines:
   1. Customer will receive a free month of service credit equal to the eligible billable charges on Customer’s invoice in the month that the credit is to be applied.
   2. Credits will be issued for the covered service in the Thirteenth (13th) Month of the new service.
   3. Eligible billable charges are applicable only to Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC’s) committed to a 3 Year Term on any Fiber Ethernet circuit utilizing AT&T as the underlying provider, as well as any services which utilize such AT&T circuit.
   4. Credits will not be given for any other charges (including but not limited to) Non-Recurring Charges (NRC’s), Metered Charges (including but not limited to usage based local and long distance charges), surcharges, taxes, or other items of a similar nature.
   5. Credits will also not be given for AT&T Broadband or Wireless circuits or any services connected to such circuits,(if such services are not also connected to an AT&T Fiber Ethernet circuit).
   6. Credits will not apply to circuits utilizing another underlying provider, other than AT&T, even if such circuit is connected to AireSpring services which also use a circuit utilizing AT&T as the underlying provider. An Example of this would be: Customer purchases AireSpring VeloCloud SD-WAN with a 100 Mbps circuit utilizing AT&T as the underlying provider and a 10 Mbps circuit utilizing Comcast as the underlying provider. The VeloCloud SD-WAN and the 100 Mbps circuit utilizing AT&T as the underlying provider would receive credits and the 10 Mbps circuit utilizing Comcast as the underlying provider would not receive any credits under this promotion.
      
      
3. Customer may not have any unpaid past due balances on any of their accounts with AireSpring.
   
   
4. This December 2020 First Month Free Promotion with New Service is only applicable to signed AireSpring Service Orders received by AireSpring’s Order Entry Department between December 7, 2020 and December 31, 2020, and such Service Orders must include this signed addendum and comply with the terms and conditions stated herein.

Notwithstanding the terms herein or within the AireSpring Order Form for this promotion, this addendum is subject to the AireSpring Terms and Conditions of Service as listed at www.AireSpring.com/terms, and any liability on the part of AireSpring is expressly limited therein.
