Terms and Conditions of Referral Bonus for New Channel Manager

To earn a bonus (“Referral Bonus”) for referring a new channel manager to Airespring, Inc. (“Airespring”), the following terms and conditions apply:

1. A “Referral” is a resume/CV of a channel manager candidate (“Candidate”) that you submit to Airespring in accordance with this section.  Please submit the Referral to Yvonne Estefano at yvonne.estefano@airespring.com.   The resume/CV must include the Candidate’s contact information, including telephone number and/or email address.  

2. An “Accepted Referral” is a Candidate where i) you refer the Candidate to Airespring in accordance with Section 1 above, ii) Airespring did not already have an application/resume of the Candidate, and iii) the Candidate is hired by Airespring as a channel manager within six (6) months from the date you submitted the Referral to Airespring.

3. Airespring shall pay a Referral Bonus on an Accepted Referral as applicable, payable $2,500 after 90 days of the Accepted Referral’s continuous employment with Airespring from the Accepted Referral’s start date (“Milestone 1”), and an additional $2,500 after 180 days of the Accepted Referral’s continuous employment with Airespring from the Accepted Referral’s start date (Milestone 2). If the Accepted Referral is not employed with Airespring as of Milestone 1 or Milestone 2 for any reason (including termination by Airespring with or without cause or resignation by the Accepted Referral), then that portion of the Referral Bonus will not be paid.   Airespring does not pro-rate a Referral Bonus   For example, if the Accepted Referral terminates employment with Airespring two weeks after the Accepted Referral’s start date for any reason, then no Referral Bonus will be paid.  In another example, if the Accepted Referral terminates employment 100 days after their start date for any reason, Airespring will pay $2,500 as the full Referral Bonus.

4. Airespring will not pay more than one (1) Referral Bonus for an Accepted Referral. In the event any issue arises as to which individual qualifies to receive a Referral Bonus, Airespring shall decide in its sole discretion.

5. A Referral Bonus is not available to Airespring employees, government employees, or to any individual that might have an actual or potential conflict of interest. This Referral Bonus is not available where prohibited by law.

6. These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California. The Courts in the County of Los Angeles, California shall be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising out of these terms and conditions.

7. Airespring reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Referral Bonus program at any time.
